You may delete your Account at any time, for any reason, by sending an email to our Support email. Company may terminate your Account in the event you have breached these Terms.
Company reserves the right at any time, to modify, suspend or discontinue the Platform with or without notice to you. You agree that Company will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Platform. You further agree that Company will have no obligation to provide you with any support or maintenance in connection with the Platform. Unless otherwise stated, any future release, update or other added functionality of the Platform shall be bound to these Terms.
You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names from the Platform. You also agree to not use the communication systems provided by the Platform for any solicitation purposes. You agree not to solicit, for commercial purposes, any users of the Platform with respect to their content on the Platform.
You may also delete your account by contacting our Support.
Upon the closing of your Account and under your specific instruction for data erasure, we will take all reasonable efforts to erase all data related to your Account. We reserve the right to retain any data necessary under applicable laws.
You acknowledge that all trademarks, service marks, copyrights and logos ("Marks") on the Platform are owned by Company or licensed to Company. Neither these Terms of Use nor your access to the Platform transfers to you or any third party any rights, title or interest in or to such Marks, except as otherwise provided in these Terms.
Subject to this section, these Terms will remain in full force and effect while using the Platform. Company will terminate your access to the Platform if, under appropriate circumstances, you are determined to be a repeat infringe.
Company reserves the right to decide whether your content violates these Terms for reasons other than copyright infringement, such as, but not limited to, pornography or obscenity. Company may at any time, without prior notice and at its own discretion, remove such content and/or terminate your Account for submitting such material in violation of these Terms.
